TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. HOW TO ENTER AS AN EXISTING JMC OWNERCurrent JMC owners qualify for automatic entry when they visit a participating JMC dealership, complete a free oil service, and receive a complimentary full vehicle inspection.The “Free Oil Service” offering is applicable only to customers owning JMC vehicles from model year 2024 and earlier.Vehicles from model year 2025 onwards are excluded from the free oil service campaign.The completed oil change/service is the qualifying action.
2. HOW TO ENTER AS A NEW CUSTOMERNew or prospective JMC customers qualify for entry when they visit a participating JMC dealership, explore the JMC model range, and book and complete a test drive.The completed test drive is the qualifying action.
3. GENERALThese official rules apply to the JMC Sasol Competition, sponsored and administered by Salvador Caetano South Africa (Pty) Ltd t/a GAC Motor South Africa (Pty) Ltd (“Sponsor”). By entering, you are deemed to have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding on all matters relating to this content. The competition is open to current JMC owners and new or prospective JMC customers in South Africa.Only valid entries completed through participating JMC dealerships during the competition period will be eligible.The competition starts on 15 June 2026 and closes on 31 August 2026.The fuel voucher to the value of R5,000.00 will be awarded in Sasol Rewards points.5 (Five) x vouchers worth R5,000 in Sasol Rewards Points are available for the competition draw.Points are redeemable at participating Sasol Convenience stores and Sasol Rewards partners and merchant vouchers, namely the Spur Group, NetFlorist, Takealot and Checkers. For more information, visit www.sasolrewards.co.za.The participant must be registered as a Sasol Rewards Member.The winner will be selected by random draw.Winners to be announced by 31 October 2026.The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.JMC reserves the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant found to be in breach of the competition rules.This competition is open to everyone in South Africa, aged 18 years and older with a valid South African driver’s license, excluding all Sponsor’s and Sasol employees, their advertising agencies, sales agents, and their immediate families. Companies and/or other organisations are not eligible to participate in the Competition. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, sales representatives, retailers, advertising, promotion, judging agencies and all other service agencies and providers involved with the Competition, and members of the immediate family (spouse, parent, child, siblings and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and households of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win. An entry may be deemed to be void under these circumstances and/or where prohibited by law.By entering, participants agree to the use of their details and image for promotional and marketing purposes related to and not related to this competition without compensation.The winners will be contacted via telephone. Following three (3) unsuccessful attempts to make contact with a drawn winner, the prize may be awarded to another winner. Upon being selected, all winners will be required within 3 (three) days to provide a copy of their ID and their email address as well as their cellphone number. Failure to do so will result in disqualification, and the Sponsor will not be held liable for any winner who provides incomplete or incorrect details.The judges’ decision on all matters arising out of the competition will be final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.Subject to applicable laws, the Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or re-run the Competition and withhold the prize(s), including without limitation, if there are insufficient eligible participants or for any reason, or any aspect of the Competition is not capable of running as planned.The Sponsor adheres to the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPI”) and any other applicable laws and regulations regarding legal privacy in South Africa. By participating, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information for the intended purposes of administering the Competition and awarding the prize(s).This Competition is governed by, subject to and is to be interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws and regulations of South Africa.The Sponsor and/or its affiliates will not be held responsible for any delays in the delivery of the prizes, nor errors on the part of the chosen delivery company once the prize has left the Sponsor’s and/or its affiliates’ headquarters.
